Terms for using the SENTIENT Custom Leather website, requesting samples, and placing custom leather production orders.
Custom specifications
Digital previews and prices are estimates based on the selected specification and active pricing settings. Physical samples remain the source of truth for color, texture, finish, and hand feel approval.
Samples and shipping
Generic samples are free before shipping. Color-matched samples use the posted sample fee plus shipping. Shipping cost is not refundable.
Returns and refunds
Color match samples may be returned for a refund of the sample fee, excluding shipping. Production work is custom and is not refundable unless there is a defect in manufacturing.
Cancellations
Sample requests may be cancelled before they are processed. Production orders may be adjusted or cancelled before production begins, but once custom production starts, cancellation or refund is not available except for manufacturing defects.
Production approval
Approving a sample or confirming production authorizes SENTIENT to proceed using the approved specification and confirmed quantity. Any paid color-match sample fee excluding shipping may be credited to the related production order.
