The sample kit is designed for early exploration. It includes a curated selection of colors, textures, finishes, and leather references so you can understand the range of options before creating a project-specific specification. The kit is complimentary, with shipping charged separately. A custom sample is produced to your selected specification, including color, texture, sheen, softness, and thickness. It is intended for project approval before production begins.

After you complete your configuration, you can order a physical sample of your specified leather. We produce the sample and ship it for in-person review. If the color, texture, or hand feel needs refinement, you can request adjustments and order a follow-up sample before approving the final specification for production.

Plan for approximately 2 weeks for the first custom physical sample, plus your internal approval time. Once the specification is approved, production typically takes about 8 weeks. Shipping time depends on destination and order volume. Expedited timelines may be available for an additional fee.

It helps to know the application, estimated quantity in square feet or hides, any color references, and your preferred hand feel or performance requirements. The configurator will guide you through each step, but having this information ready makes the process faster and more accurate.

Yes. You can enter a Pantone reference, choose from our curated color library, create a custom tone, or send us a physical sample to match. The closer the reference is to the intended final material, the more accurate the development process will be.

Yes, as long as production has not begun. Color, texture, sheen, softness, and thickness can be adjusted, and we will produce a new sample for any change that meaningfully affects the final look or feel. Once production is released, changes typically require a new run.

Each production batch is checked against the approved physical sample before it ships. The signed-off sample becomes the reference standard for the order, and we keep a duplicate for future reorders.

Yes. We retain the approved specification and reference sample for each project, allowing future orders to be produced against the same standard. For recurring programs, we can also coordinate hide selection and production timing around your forecast.
