Custom leather, from first reference to final production.

Our process helps designers, project teams, and procurement partners move from a color direction, material sample, Pantone reference, or performance requirement into a clear, production-ready leather specification.

A clear path from idea to approved material

Every project follows a defined sequence, so color, texture, hand feel, thickness, and performance are resolved before hides move into production. Follow the steps below to see how your custom leather is specified, sampled, approved, and produced.

  1. 1

    Define the color and character

Choose from a curated color library, create a custom tone, enter a Pantone reference, or send us a physical sample to match. From there, refine texture, sheen, softness, and thickness to suit the application.

  2. 2

    Review instant pricing

Once your specification is complete, the configurator provides a real-time quote based on your selected color, finish, material details, and required quantity. You get clear pricing upfront, without unnecessary back-and-forth.

  3. 3

    Order a custom physical sample

Order a physical sample produced to your selected specification, so you can review the color, texture, finish, and hand feel in person before committing to production.

  4. 4

    Approve or refine the result

Review the sample against your reference, design intent, and project requirements. If adjustments are needed, we can refine the specification and produce a follow-up sample before final approval.

  5. 5

    Move into production

Once the sample is approved, the final specification is released into production. We confirm quantity by hide or square footage, coordinate lead time, and prepare the order for delivery.

Once approved, your physical sample becomes the production reference for color, finish, and hand feel.
